Born and raised in Arizona, I have always been passionate about health and wellness. My journey led me to pursue a degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. While I developed a deep love for nutrition, I was frustrated by the lack of comprehensive care in the conventional medical system.
After hours of independent research into the root causes of disease and natural treatment options, I wanted a medical approach that prioritized prevention, personalized care, and natural healing—not just symptom management. That’s when I discovered Naturopathic Medicine, a field that focuses on healing the body holistically. Becoming a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) was a natural fit.
I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where I received comprehensive training in anatomy, physiology, medical diagnostics, and physical exam techniques. While the curriculum parallels traditional medical schools, NDs emphasize natural therapies and non-invasive treatments over pharmaceuticals and surgeries. This holistic approach allows me to work with the body as a whole, addressing imbalances in multiple systems rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I offer a broad range of natural treatment options including botanical medicine, nutritional counseling, dietary and lifestyle modifications, and nutraceuticals (vitamins, supplements). While I am trained to prescribe pharmaceuticals, I strive to use the safest, most natural methods whenever possible.
My approach to healthcare goes beyond simply treating disease. I believe that health is not just the absence of illness, but a state of balance and vitality. My goal is to help you achieve long-term health so you can thrive in every area of your life. Whether you’re seeking help with chronic conditions, preventative care, or optimal vitality, I am committed to finding the right solutions for your unique needs.
If you're looking for a holistic approach that prioritizes your long-term wellness and helps you address the root cause of disease, I would love to work with you. Together, we can develop a personalized plan that empowers you to take control of your health and lead a vibrant life.

Holistic medicine is more than a taking supplement instead of a prescription.
Practicing holistically means I care about everything; your current symptoms, your past diagnoses, your family history, and your goals for the future. I care about the foods you like, your work-life balance, and what kind of movement brings you joy. These are all part of what makes you, you, and it all matters for your health.

The Six Principles of Naturopathic Medicine
Do No Harm
NDs utilize methods which minimize the risk of harmful side effects, using the least force necessary to diagnose and treat.
Identify and Treat the Cause
NDs seek to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness rather than to merely eliminate or suppress symptoms.
Treat the Whole Person
NDs understand the importance of supporting the whole person; the mind, body, and spirit all play a crucial role in health and wellness.
Prevention
NDs assess risk factors, heredity, and susceptibility to disease, and partner with their patients to develop healthy daily habits and routines to optimize longevity.
Doctor as Teacher
NDs educate and empower their patients to understand their health and be part of their own healing process.
The Healing Power of Nature
Naturopathic medicine recognizes an inherent self-healing process. NDs help identify and remove obstacles to healing and recovery.
